CrockPot BBQ… Yummm!

Dinner will be waiting for me (and Jeffrey) when we get home tonight! Thanks to le Crock Pot who slaved away for 5 warm hours just so we could have top-of-the-line BBQ for dinner. Can’t complain about that now, can we?

Dinners Ready!

Dinner's Ready!

So heres the deal – it is SUPER easy and takes all of 5 minutes to throw together so no excuses for eating out tonight!

You have to have:

2 1/2 – 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed French Onion Soup (i used chicken broth instead & a little onion powder b/c I’m picky and don’t like chunks of onion in my food)
1/4 – 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar — Depends on how vinegar-y you like your BBQ. For us, more is better!
1 package McCormick slow cookers BBQ pulled pork seasoning
1/4 c packed brown sugar
3/4 c ketchup
1/2 – c. water

Thats IT! Put your CrockPot on LOW for 5 hours… and you come home to a warm, yummy, down home country dinner! Score some extra points if you pair it with some corn on the cob and slaw! Thanks to the no-hassel dinner, we’ll be taking Toby to the doggy park tonight! :)
